Anointing of the Sick

Anointing of the sick is a sacrament which gives spiritual and physical healing.

Any person experiencing a serious illness is invited to ask for the sacrament of the sick.

Anointing of the sick Masses are offered regularly (please see the parish calendar which is available in the Church foyer or call the parish centre on (02) 9181 1795).

The members of the community give physical and moral support to the sick who are strengthened in the hope of the risen Lord and give support to those who surround them.

The liturgy of the sacrament of the sick mutually empowers the community and the sick.

Eucharist for the Sick

Anyone who is aware of a Catholic who is sick or housebound should notify the parish office on (02) 9181 1795 so that they can receive the appropriate sacraments.
